About
Celna24 is built by two people working in import and export across EU markets. We built the platform we needed ourselves at work: one place to check a CN code, calculate duty and VAT, find a customs office, and verify rates - without subscriptions, logins, or registration.
What the platform covers
- EU customs tariff - chapters (L2), headings (CN4), subheadings (CN6), and CN8 codes with descriptions and duty rates (~17k codes × 3 languages)
- 8 calculators: duty & VAT, excise, CBAM, car import, import profitability, trade preferences, relocation property, traveller allowances
- Database of ~4,000 EU customs offices with addresses, phones, opening hours, and traffic types handled
- Glossary of 324 customs terms in PL/EN/DE
- Tariff classifier with AI search by product description

Languages: Polish, English, German. Tariff data is refreshed daily; currency rates in real time via NBP API.
Model
The platform is free - no subscriptions, logins, or registration. We maintain it alongside our day jobs in the customs industry. Hence the plain, functional look and no "10 tips for importers" emails. All calculations are informational - binding tariff decisions are issued by customs authorities (BTI/WIT).
