Section V covers chapters 25-27: salt, sulphur, earth, stone, plaster (25), ores, slag and ash (26), and mineral fuels, mineral oils and products of their distillation (27). Chapter 27 is crucial for energy trade - it covers crude oil, natural gas, coal and electrical energy. These goods are subject to special CBAM regulations from 2026.
